Edenside House is a small family run guest house on the banks of the Eden around 3 miles from the Old Course of St Andrews and on the main A91 road into St Andrews from the West.
It appears on a map of Kellie Castle dated 1775 and may be older as there is reference to a house at Edenside in its present location in the 1680s. The house is a listed building and while benefiting from extensive renovation and refurbishment, the old facade is largely unaltered.
Whether you are visiting St Andrews for business or pleasure, Louise and her great team aim to make your stay unforgettable by offering genuine Scottish hospitality in a magnificent setting. If you are visiting the area to soak in the history or to play a little golf then advice is always at hand. Our accommodation offers 3 x double rooms and 7 x twin rooms with six of the rooms being on the ground floor. Extensive free car parking is available within our own grounds.
The rooms are tastefully decorated with shower ensuite facilities, TV/DVD player & beverage tray.
Guests are welcome to use the garden, which extends to around half an acre and affords superb views of the estuary and its bird life.
