There are numerous walking trails within close proximity of the house, including a short trail that leads to Linn Falls. Keen hill walkers/ mountain bikers can also tackle the nearby Corbett- Ben Rinnes or Ben Aigen.
Aberlour sits on the River Spey and is in the heart of whisky country. Whisky lovers will be delighted with the number of distilleries within easy reach including Macallan, Glenfiddich, Aberlour and Dalmunach. Keen Golfers are also placed well for enjoying the numerous courses within a short drive of the property. Ballindalloch, Dufftown and Elgin. Aberlour is also situated near to the Moray Coast which is well known for Dolphin spotting and sandy beaches.
Access to Fairview House is via the first floor, from a set of steps at ground level. The property itself is all on one level. The lounge is bright and welcoming, the dining room can comfortably seat six people, both the lounge and the dining room have patio doors that lead out to a balcony making it the perfect spot to sit out on a sunny morning. The kitchen is large and contains an electric range oven and hob,fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a small snug area at one end of the kitchen with patio doors that lead out to the back garden. Each of the three double bedrooms have been tastefully furnished and contain ample wardrobe space. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower and wc. Completing the property is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and wc.
The back garden contains garden furniture a gas bbq which is ideal for alfresco dining on a summers evening. To the front of the property there is parking for 3 cars.
