Tearlach Cottages is a family run business offering dog friendly self catering cottages set in the beautifully scenic surroundings of the Trossachs.

River View Cottage is a beautiful two bedroom semidetached cottage, sleeps five, set in the wee village of Strathyre; the gateway to the highlands.

This traditional Scottish themed cottage offers two large en suite bedrooms. One with a King size and one with a double and a single bed, making it a triple room.

The spacious lounge offers a large corner sofa, a log/coal fire, plenty of books, a 3D HD SMART T.V. with free access to Netflix, a Bluray player and more DVD's than you can count!

The second lounge/dining area has a smaller, though still as comfortable sofa with another HD T.V. offering the same SMART features. There is also a PS4 with games, board games and more.

In the fully fitted kitchen you are welcomed with a complimentary starter pack to set you off for your stay, and there are plenty of local fresh produce available near by. If requested we do have a high chair, cot bed and stair gate available; and there are a few children's toys, books and games on offer to entertain the little ones.

As dog owners ourselves, there is no way we could deny your pets coming to enjoy your getaway with you. Most of the surrounding cafes, restaurants and pubs accept dogs. There is a lovely garden out back, and once the gates are closed, it is entirely enclosed.
