The cabin consists of open plan living area, dining area and kitchen, two double bedrooms, twin sleeping loft and family shower room.
The lounge/dining area has a vaulted ceiling, Freesat satellite tv, DVD, free WiFi, 3 seater sofa, easy chairs, dining table for up to 6 guests and a lovely wood burning stove. The front elevation is mainly glazed to maximise the views, with French windows opening onto a raised veranda area overlooking the loch. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, large fridge/freezer, micro, toaster, kettle and all necessary utensils, crockery, cutlery etc.
Shower room has electric walk in shower, wash basin, toilet, heater and shaving point.
Bedroom one has double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers.
Bedroom two has double bed, clothes storage and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3 is a loft room accessed via a ladder with twin beds, bedside cabinet and clothes storage.
Outside there is parking for 2/3 cars, an elevated veranda to 3 sides, a fire pit area, seating areas and private electric hot tub.
As well as beautiful scenery the surrounding forest provides an outstanding habitat for a wide variety of wildlife. Otters have been seen in the loch nearby and red squirrels and pine martens are relatively common, not to mention the many bird species that inhabit the area. A great location for wildlife watchers and nature lovers.
The cabin is timber lined throughout with authentic larch boarding, double glazed, highly insulated, well heated and suitable for year round use. It provides a balance of luxury and comfort while maintaining the character, charm and feel of a true log cabin in a quiet forest location.
No pets are allowed. All electricity and linen (not towels) are included. This is a non-smoking cabin.
