The Rutland Hotels apartments are located in the city centre of Edinburgh, just off the West end of Princes Street and at the foot of Lothian Road. The location allows guests access to all of the city attractions by foot, tram, bus or taxi – all of which have ports within walking distance from the hotel.
Our friendly team will greet you with a warm welcome and show you to your room or apartment where you will begin your luxurious experience. The grand entrance hall of the apartments sets the standard of what to expect within the individually designed and styled apartments. Expect luxury. Follow the spiralling staircase upstairs which leads you to our first and second floor where the elegance and luxury continues.
Each apartment has large living, kitchen and dining areas which are the perfect place to relax with the family and make yourself at home. Our kitchens are fully equipped with appliances and utensils including Nespresso machines to give you the perfect coffee. Also home in the kitchen is our specially selected mini bar that is full of delicious treats and beverages. We also provide complimentary fresh milk and tasty shortbread for you to enjoy.
The hub of the apartments, the living areas, have sofas that are large and comfortable and perfect for the family to put their feet up after a busy day exploring! All of our living rooms have large flat screen TV’s with cable to provide many channels and Nintendo Wii’s to keep you entertained – that should keep them happy!
The bathrooms are a tranquil place where you can take yourself away and indulge in a soothing bath or shower. The apartments have a mixture of rainfall showers and roll top baths – each one indulgent as the other and complimented by underfloor heating. You will also find locally sourced toiletries, fluffy white towels and bath robes to make you feel at home!
The dream continues as you step into your spacious bedroom where you will find arguably the springiest carpet and comfiest bed that you have ever slept in complete with the softest bedding and plentiful space. Lay back and watch the TV or listen to the radio from your bed, or perhaps it’s time to get ready for your day out? In which case take a seat at the dressing table, pamper yourself and get ready. We have mirrors, top of the range hair dryers and straighteners in every apartment – another thing you can leave at home!
