McGregor Tours

I’m an ex-offshore Geophysicist turned writer, actor and tour guide. Originally from Dundee I've lived in Edinburgh since 2002. While writing my first book I took time out from my desk by working as an extra on the hit TV show Outlander, filming Seasons 1, 2, 3, 4. Inspired, I began writing a spec pilot for a 10 part period drama set in 1740’s Scotland, received some positive press and thought maybe I should finish this. When I’m not on film sets or tours I'm trying to get back to the novel or bending ears in the world of TV Pilot’s.
