Musical comedy tour in Edinburgh Taxi

When you meet Lola, you know you are going to have some fun. She’s outrageous and hilarious, likes frolics, feathers and French cocktails (but not while she’s driving!).

Lola, festooned in red feather boas, will greet you at the start of the tour. The other Girls that Lola has saved, secreted and side-lined, will put in an appearance along the way as they take you to lesser and better-known spots around the city.

There’s Geraldine, the semi-retired nun and part-time sinner! Ms Morag McKay is available for private tuition but watch out, she has a tendency to be strict; Emmy-Lou is searching for the unobtainable and would dearly love your help, Alexandera will amuse you with her unusual opinions!

Each of the five characters has their own well-known song with clever, some, hilariously rescripted words. All have their unique, amusing take on life, which, of course, they are keen to share.

Lola might treat you to a dance at Flodden Wall. And be prepared to get noticed as Geraldine the semi-retired nun, drives you down the Royal Mile in a taxi adorned with red feathers and eyelashes.

As soon as you get into the taxi, you are part of the show. But don’t forget that these larger-than-life ladies are the ones in charge!
