Join Aleman for a private Cairngorms National Park tour from Inverness. Visit Loch Morlich, the Cairngorm Mountain Railway, Highland Wildlife Park, and the Green Loch in one relaxed day.

Friendly Highland Tours offers private tours of Cairngorms National Park from Inverness. The area is known for its peaceful scenery, clear lochs, forests, and rich wildlife.

  • The tour starts at Loch Morlich before continuing to the Cairngorm Mountain Railway.
  • The optional train ride gives you a chance to enjoy the mountain scenery from a different view.
  • The day also includes lunch in Aviemore before heading to Highland Wildlife Park in the afternoon.
  • Highland Wildlife Park is home to wildcats, bison, red deer, and many other animals.
  • The tour then continues with a walk to the Green Loch, also known as An Lochan Uaine.

You will travel in a spacious Ford Tourneo Custom throughout the day. Aleman plans the route and shares local knowledge along the way. He also keeps the day relaxed so you can enjoy each stop without feeling rushed.

Tickets for the Cairngorm Mountain Railway and Highland Wildlife Park are not included in the tour price. These tickets should be booked directly before your visit. Whisky lovers can also add a visit to Tomatin Distillery to the tour.This is available as an optional extra.

  • Cairngorms National Park tours run from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm throughout the year.
  • Groups can have between 1 and 8 people.
  • Prices are based on group size and are divided into three options: 1–4 people, 5–6 people, and 7–8 people.

The tour is fully licensed and insured. It is well suited to couples, families, and small groups who want to explore the Cairngorms at a relaxed pace. The day combines forests, lochs, mountain scenery, and wildlife without trying to fit too much into one trip.
