Our guide will collect you from your hotel. We will travel from Edinburgh crossing the River Forth via the Queensferry Crossing and on into the Highlands. There will be time for comfort stops, shopping and photos along the way. Culloden Battlefield Visitor Centre gives you the chance to hear both sides of the story before walking the Battlefield. There is the opportunity in the summer to visit the Township of the Highland Folk Museum. This gives an insight into life in the Scottish Highlands in the 1700's. You will also have time to visit Clava Cairns, a 4000 year old burial site with cairns, standing stones and cup and ring marks. Walking around the site is like stepping back in time.
