Cycle Scotland's Lochs & Glens

Cycle through Scotland’s lochs and glens, breathing in the crisp Highland air and soaking up the dramatic scenery. Pass historic castles, ride through the rugged Trossachs, and explore the heart of Highland Perthshire.

Your journey begins in Callander, the bustling gateway to the Highlands before setting off east to Loch Katrine, where you can enjoy a peaceful ride along the tranquil waters and even take a trip on the 100-year-old Sir Walter Scott steamship.

From there, the route continues north past Loch Lubnaig and through Glen Ogle to the charming village of Killin at the southern end of Loch Tay, split by the Falls of Dochart. As you follow the southern shore of Loch Tay, the scenery grows ever more spectacular.

Pass through Aberfeldy, set amid scenic rivers and woodlands, before arriving Pitlochry, a charming Victorian spa town and your base for the final three nights. From here, explore a variety of cycling routes through Big Tree Country, with highlights including Dunkeld Cathedral, Blair Castle, Queen’s View, Moulin, and Killiecrankie. Along the way, enjoy warm Scottish hospitality, local produce, and world-class whisky, making this a journey full of flavour, history, and Highland scenery.
