Cairngorm Mountain Adventure

For the outdoor adventurer who seeks the remote wilderness take on the Cairngorm Mountain Adventure. Lace up your boots for a day trip of mountain walking and guided scrambling in Scotland on Fiacaill Ridge in the Cairngorms.  This walk takes you to the highest peak in the Cairngorms National Park, Ben Macdui where we may just stumble across the ‘Big Grey man’. We return on a splendid route traversing beneath the cliffs of Northern Corries, with spectacular views of their huge faces, home to many internationally acclaimed rock & ice climbs.

Important Information

Grade and Experience

This trip is fairly challenging and a good level of fitness is required. The scramble grade can vary from a steep walk to a moderate scramble. The use of a rope may be required on very short sections but these can be avoided if necessary. In windy conditions it can become more challenging. In bad weather some routes may have to be re-directed for the safety and well being of the group.
