Gravel riding along Glen Trool

Loch Trool

Gravel biking for Mortals

A perfect short break to slow down and breathe - gentle off-road gravel cycling for 3 days - along the coastal paths, or along the many prefect tracks in and around our UNESCO Biosphere and Galloway Forest Park. No technical biking skills required.

There are far more cows in Galloway than people, and forests you can hide a city in. Tracks and trails cross the remote parts and drove roads link the villages. It is the perfect landscape to explore on a mountain or gravel bike with a local guide.

Our Gravel for Mortals ride featured in Red Bull, as well as the Cycling UK Magazine. We are founding partners of the Gravel events : Raiders Gravel and the UCI Gravel World Series The Gralloch

We customise the trip to riding ability and interests, from 25 to 65 miles each day.

This is a perfect break for visitors who like to explore the 'not so known' paths, or like to experience a different pace of life in Scotland.
