Small Isles Ferry
Hop on board MV Sheerwater to be transported to the Small islands of Eigg, Muck & Rum, where you can discover stunning scenery and a warm island welcome.
From April to October, Arisaig Marina’s passenger vessel MV Sheerwater will safely transport foot passengers to and from the spectacular Small Isles of Eigg, Muck and Rum pausing to enjoy any marine wildlife along the way. She is skippered by Arisaig legend, Ronnie Dyer, renowned for his knowledge of marine species in our waters. He has the amazing talent of locating spectacular sights of mike whales feeding, dolphin antics in their natural habitat and if there is any other wildlife out there he seems to locate it. There are several crossings each week to the islands of Eigg & Muck and we visit Rum once a week. Day trippers to these incredible islands have plenty of time on the island of their choice to explore the landscape, observe wildlife or just soak up the atmosphere of island life.
