Boat Trips with Simmer Dim Charters

Short trips around St Magnus Bay, on the west side of Shetland, on the M.V. Mary Ann.

Trips normally last three hours and are weather dependent.

Our trips give you the opportunity to see some beautiful coastal scenery, birdlife and wildlife on the westside of Shetland. Areas visited include Papa Stour, Muckle Roe, St Magnus Bay and Eshaness.

M. V. 'Mary Ann' is licensed to carry up to a maximum of six passengers. Sea angling trips are available by prior arrangements and we provide you with quality fishing equipment and our expert knowledge.

Warm clothing is advised and remember to take your camera! Binoculars are provided for your use.

The coastline features an assortment of rocky stacks, interesting caves and cliffs as well as sea birds, seals and a variety of other wildlife.

Private hire, trips, such as night cruises or special events can be arranged by prior arrangement.

We require a minimum of two adults per trip booking. Children under 16 years of age are half price.On-board refreshments are included.
