Sailing the Hebrides on a modern Bermudan Sloop

Stravaigin is a 42’ i-Sun Odyssey offering guests comfort while sailing with style. Owned and skippered by a Scottish family, Stravaigin sails guests around some of the best cruising grounds in the Hebrides.

The coastline and islands that make up the West Coast of Scotland offer so much variation for our boats and guests. Remote anchorages with castle ruin backdrops, uninhabited islands with only wildlife for residents and miles of rugged coastline to explore; it’s easy to see why our guests return year on year. The main focus of this short break adventure is to explore the islands of the Inner Hebrides.

Once you have boarded, your skipper will have the latest weather forecast and will have a better idea of what can be achieved over the next few days. Stravaigin’s owner and skipper John has lived and sailed in the Hebrides for many years so he certainly knows all the best spots off the beaten track for exploration ashore and wonderful wildlife watching. Follow the wind and tides to experience the spellbinding beauty of this part of the world where they’ll be plenty of opportunities to explore secret spots ashore far away from the tourist hustle and bustle.
