WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE TOURS

WHISKY TASTING | THE NETHERFIELD | WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE TOURS

A special highlight of the tour: if a dram speaks to you, you’ll have the chance to hand-fill and label your own bottle, straight from the cask. These personalised bottles are available for purchase only during the tours, and the number is limited.

There is a specific kind of silence found only inside a whisky warehouse—the quiet breathing of sleeping casks, as the whisky is slowly maturing in oak.

We invite you to step into the heart of our production. This isn’t a scripted, big-distillery tour – it’s an invitation to our workshop. Inside the old stables, you’ll see our bottling line alongside maturing casks. This is a workspace, not a showroom, and we’re proud to share it with you just as it is.

In the Warehouse:

To mark the start of a new season, we’ve selected five new casks to open. To keep the tasting honest, some drams are poured straight from the wood; others come from glass vessels filled directly from our finest barrels. You’ll taste whisky in its most natural state – cask strength, no chill-filtration, and no added colour.

Beyond the tasting, we’ll share how a great spirit comes to life. From distillation and choosing the right wood to the influence of the local air, you’ll learn what it takes to curate a collection – and the patience it takes to let each cask find its character.

If a dram speaks to you, you’ll have the chance to hand-fill and label your own bottle, straight from the cask. These personalised bottles are available for purchase only during the tours, and the number is limited. It is a unique chance to take a piece of Netherfield history home with you.

Notes:

To ensure our whisky "sleeps" undisturbed, the stone walls of our old stables are kept unheated. Please dress warmly for your visit, as the air inside can be brisk.

Most of the time, we’ll be standing around the barrels, sharing a dram and the craft, though seating is available if you need to take a moment.

We look forward to sharing a dram and our craft with you.
