Bespoke Private Tours of the Scottish Highlands

Explore Scotland’s landscapes, history, culture and hidden corners on a private Highland tour shaped around your interests, pace and time in the region.

Discover the Scottish Highlands on a privately guided journey shaped around the places, stories and experiences that interest you most.

Our bespoke Highland tours offer a relaxed and personal way to explore the region, combining dramatic landscapes, historic sites, local communities and genuine Highland character with the flexibility to create a day that feels entirely your own.

Travel is provided in a premium SUV for up to four guests or a comfortable premium minibus for groups of up to eight guests, allowing you to explore privately and at an unhurried pace. Larger private groups may also be accommodated by prior arrangement.

Hosted by a local Highland guide with deep knowledge of the region, your day might include ancient castles and clan history, sweeping coastal and mountain scenery, peaceful glens and lochs, historic towns and villages, archaeological sites, local makers, or quieter places away from the better-known visitor routes.

Rather than following a rigid itinerary, each journey is shaped around your broad interests, starting point and available time. The aim is to create a thoughtfully paced Highland experience with enough structure to make the most of the day while retaining the flexibility to respond to the weather, conditions and opportunities along the way.

Whisky can, of course, form part of the experience where desired, whether through a distillery visit, specialist retailer or a hosted dram from our personal collection. Equally, your day can focus entirely on scenery, history, culture, photography, food or simply exploring the Highlands at a relaxed pace.

Guests can choose from our established touring ideas or enquire about a more individual experience shaped around particular interests or places.

Two Ways to Experience Your Bespoke Tour

Every bespoke Highland tour is private and hosted with the same care and attention to detail. Guests can choose the level of advance organisation that best suits them.

Standard Private Tour

A flexible, privately guided experience shaped around your interests, starting point and available time, with any admissions or additional visitor experiences paid separately.

This option is ideal for guests who value flexibility while benefiting from knowledgeable local hosting and a carefully considered route.

Curated Package

A carefully organised private tour where agreed admissions and key experiences are arranged in advance.

This option is ideal for guests who would prefer the principal details taken care of before the day, allowing them to simply enjoy a thoughtfully structured Highland experience.

The difference between the two options lies in the level of advance organisation. The standard of hosting, care and personal attention remains consistently high.

Explore the Highlands at Your Own Pace

Our standard bespoke tours typically run for six hours, with the option to extend to eight hours where available. Multi-day experiences can also be arranged for guests wishing to explore different parts of the Highlands over a longer stay.

Every tour is designed to offer variety without rush and structure without rigidity, giving you time to properly experience the places you visit rather than simply passing through them.

If you have particular interests or places in mind, please get in touch with your preferred date, starting location, group size and broad priorities. We will be happy to recommend the most suitable direction for your time in the Highlands.
