Islay has a choice of Whisky distilleries to visit

Isle of Islay

Islay Whisky Cruise

Spend 6 days cruising the West Coast of Scotland and exploring some of her finest whisky distilleries en route!

A 6 night cruise starting and finishing in Corpach, Fort William.  Join us as we explore Scotland’s west coast and some of her finest whisky distilleries as we go. En route we will visit a variety of ports & harbours, scenic landmarks and iconic attractions.

The nature of our cruises is to provide a “theme” and to make the most of the options available to us based on weather, tides, access and things like local events & festivals. As a guide, this is a sample itinerary of what this cruise could include:

Day 1: Join Nova Spero by early afternoon at her base in the Corpach Basin. If possible, we will take and evening sail up to Glencoe and anchor there for the night

Day 2: We set sail for Oban where we will overnight.

Day 3: Time to explore Oban town and Oban Whisky Distillery before we set sail for Islay and Port Ellen.

Days 4 & 5: We take our time to explore the area and its famous whisky distilleries including Bowmore, Laphroaig & Lagavullin distilleries.  Coal Isla distillery in sound of Islay is also a possibility as well as Jura distillery on the Isle of Jura.

Day 6: Explore Crinan before we do an evening sail up Loch Linnhe back to Fort William.

Day 7:  After breakfast, disembark at your leisure.

Our Islay Whisky Cruise departs on 24th April 2022 and includes full board in a twin or bunk cabin with breakfast, lunch and dinner provided.
