Fire & Rain Soul Spas® are uplifting bereavement breaks we’ve put together carefully and with much thought, to offer widows and widowers (dislike those words but use them for clarity) a safe space to just be and enjoy as much as they can. Just as everybody is different, every grief journey is different too. So what works for one person may not work for another. But there are certain things that rarely fail at having a feelgood effect.

We’ve created the kinds of experiences we would enjoy and find helpful ourselves – the main navigation tool being good quality of life. The greatest healer, relaxer, inspirer and therapist is nature herself, which is why we’ve chosen locations of great natural beauty. The programme integrates powerful mindfulness techniques through fun, creative and relaxing activities. Imagine some very special, high quality accommodation, delicious food and drink, inspiring reads and chats, candles and woodfire, beach and mountain walks, a little creative touch…to get an idea what our soul spa packages offer.

It’s up to you to decide how you spend your days. We will have some yummy things planned where you can join in whenever you feel like it – a hike, island tours, guided mindfulness meditation, joint yoga practice or something arty.
