Wildlife Guiding
As a wildlife guide, I create tailor-made itineraries to suit my client's specific interests and requirements.
In addition to my guided wildlife walks, I am also available for hire as a wildlife guide. If you have your own vehicle, or a hire car, I can join you in your vehicle and I have found this to work well. Other options include:
- I can join an existing minibus/coach tour
- Or if you have a tour group who would like to do a wildlife walk, then I can make arrangements to meet up with your group.
- I can work with some local tour guides on a joint tour
If you are interested in any of these options, then please contact me. Prices for wildlife guiding are dependent on the nature of the enquiry. For my wildlife tours I would recommend a minimum of 3 hours, but the longer we are out for, the more we are likely to see. Here are some examples of prices:

- 4 hours £152
- 5 hours £190
- 6 hours £228
- 7-8 hours £260 max
- 8 hours + £300 max

Wild Orkney Walks operates all year round, offering guided walks for small groups from 1 person up to a maximum of 6 people. We can take you by foot to beautiful locations, allowing you to escape the crowds and get off the beaten track. From busy seabird cliffs to colourful wildflower meadows, our walks cover it all. In addition we also offer Bespoke walks, Island trips and a Wildlife Guiding Service. One of the many things we love about walking in Orkney is the surprise of the unknown, you just never know what you might see which adds to the enjoyment of being outdoors.
