1. ABBOTSFORD
See Rob Roy's gun in the armoury room of Abbotsford in the Scottish Borders. Abbotsford's famous owner, writer Sir Walter Scott, was inspired by the legends of the folk hero and even published a novel entitled Rob Roy in 1817.
2. BALQUHIDDER KIRK
Visit the Highland cateran's grave at the kirk yard in Balquhidder.
3. LOCH KATRINE
Explore Loch Katrine and see Factor's Island, where Rob Roy once imprisoned the 1st Duke of Montrose's factor.
4. LADY MARY'S WALK
Admire the historic 70 ft tree Eppie Callum's Oak, which Rob Roy sheltered under whilst following Lady Mary's Walk, near Crieff.
5. ROB ROY WAY
Follow in the famous drover's footsteps on the Rob Roy Way, one of Scotland's Great Trails, through the southern Highlands of Scotland.
