Mo-Dhachaidh (pronounced 'Mo-Gachy' and Gaelic for My Home) has been extensively renovated and modernised internally, providing a snug, modern, luxurious Cottage with all the requirements a family would need to have a relaxing holiday.
Easily accessible half a mile off the A9, you arrive at Mo-Dhachaidh via a private driveway into a large parking area to the rear of the house. You enter Mo-Dhachaidh into a classic, but modernised, Highland 'boot room', with drying area, space to hang outdoor gear and boots, washing machine, tumble dryer and an adjacent small downstairs toilet.
Immediately on the left from the boot room is the newly installed, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar seating with TV that opens out onto the dining area with table for 6 and comfortable fireside seating surrounding the traditional log burning stove - ideal for those dram drinking moments after a day in the mountains ...!
To the side of this social / family / open plan area is the beautiful conservatory with relaxed seating for 6/8, providing views of the surrounding area and access to the patio with table and chairs.
On the other side of the cottage there is a cosy, lounge, tastefully furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, TV and fire.
Then head upstairs to the comfiest beds in the Highlands! Two lovely double bedrooms (one with a fold down single bed). The spacious bathroom has a HUGE, traditional bath with unlimited hot water, plus a separate shower stall.
The property, fully double glazed, is heated by Gas Central Heating, plus a wood burning stove and electric fire. It has 2 TV's (one with DVD player) and has Wi-Fi and Broadband.
The garden provides an extensive space for children to play safely and there is ample parking space.
