There’s a different rhythm to Scotland beyond the Minch. On this five-day Outer Hebrides tour from Glasgow, journey through the Cairngorms to Inverness, then cross by ferry to Lewis for two nights around Stornoway. Walk on Luskentyre’s pale sands, visit MacLeod’s Stone on Harris and discover the island communities beyond the beach photographs.
A full day on Lewis brings ancient Callanish, the broch at Dun Carloway, blackhouse villages and the Atlantic coastline at the Butt of Lewis. Back on the mainland, explore Knockan Crag and the Falls of Shin before another night in Inverness. Loch Ness and Glencoe complete the journey to Edinburgh. Your expert guide adds history, folklore and local insight, with short walks and scenic stops keeping you close to the landscapes along the way.
