Moray Bespoke Tours

We offer bespoke tours of Moray, Grampian and the glorious Highlands. We will show you wonderful wildlife and stunning scenery; tempt you with the finest Scottish Whisky and spark your interest with our turbulent history. We are open all year round

Moray Bespoke Tours offer either individual or group bespoke tours for up to six people for whatever occasion or tour is required.

Moray is steeped in history and with the latest TV movie “Outlander” that has been aired for the last four years, has caused a surge of interest in this part of the World! The Outlander series focuses on the 1745 Jacobite uprising with the final outcome of the clan bloodshed at the Battle of Culloden. The new Culloden Visitor Centre was opened in 2007 by Her Majesty, The Queen and a visit to this historical battleground is not to be missed.

There are also several notable Castles in the area, such as Brodie Castle, Cawdor Castle and Ballindalloch Castle.

We also offer a selection of wildlife tours and woodland walks on and around the Darnaway Estate where we are based.

Needless to say, being within the County of Moray, this is home to many of the famous Speyside whisky distilleries, each with their own visitor centre. We have the Tomatin Distillery, which is situated on the banks of the River Findhorn at Tomatin with its own visitor centre, a must for any whisky connoisseur!

Perhaps a day on the River Findhorn learning the art of Spey casting in pursuit of the king of fish, the Atlantic salmon…. Whatever your reason for visiting the beautiful Moray countryside, whether a trip along the Moray Firth Coast or even just a shopping trip to the famous Johnston’s Woollen Mill in Elgin, Moray Bespoke Tours will be happy to organise this for you.

We can arrange to collect you from your Hotel, Guest House or B&B and then deliver you back after your chosen tour. If you are coming in on one of the cruise ship tours and arriving at the port of Invergordon, then we are equally happy to collect you from the ship and take you to your chosen venue. We are also happy to arrange a picnic lunch or if you prefer we can take you to one of the many popular local pubs and restaurants for a lunch time break. Price of picnic lunch and pub lunch are not included in the cost of the tours.

Tours are structured and tailored to your individual requirements, whether it is for a one hour off road drive along the banks of the River Findhorn, maybe a guided walk around the Darnaway Estate and Forest or simply a full day exploring the Scottish countryside.
