A Whisky Tasting

Private Whisky Tastings by tuigsear

An intimate whisky experience, hosted wherever you are staying.

These private tastings are crafted for guests who want something deeper, more personal, and more memorable than a standard whisky experience. Thoughtfully curated and quietly luxurious, each session is hosted in your accommodation, lodge, hotel, or private venue, allowing you to relax, slow down, and truly enjoy the moment.

Every tasting is tailored to your interests, pace, and level of knowledge. Whether you are discovering Scotch for the first time or exploring it at a more refined level, you can expect exceptional single malts, including rare and limited bottlings, brought to life through storytelling, sensory elements, and warm Highland hospitality.

Experiences can range from an elegant introduction to Scotland’s whisky regions and styles, through to a more immersive and refined tasting featuring exceptional and hard-to-find drams. Every bottle is selected with intention, chosen for both its quality and the story it tells.

Your hosts bring deep industry knowledge alongside a relaxed, engaging approach, creating an atmosphere that feels welcoming and unrushed. This is not a formal presentation, but a shared experience designed to be enjoyed around a table, by the fire, or wherever you feel most at ease.

We host private tastings for gatherings of friends, celebrations, corporate retreats, and special occasions across the Highlands & Speyside. With prior arrangement, tastings can also be held in select venues including the atmospheric Carnegie Whisky Cellars in Dornoch.

All tastings are hosted privately and tailored by enquiry. Availability is limited, so early contact is recommended.
