Set in North Berwick conservation area, just a minutes walk away from the beautiful East beach, harbour and High Street, Milsey Court offers a welcoming modern ground floor apartment easy access for everyone be it families with small children or elderly couples requiring easy access with a patio garden front and rear in a quiet central location.
A very warm welcome awaits you in our apartment, set in the picturesque town of North Berwick, within the conservation area. This bright and comfortable quiet two bedroom apartment has been modernised to a high standard. It is situated close to the High Street, the Lodge Park and only one minutes walk from the East Beach. Full internet connection with BT Wi-Fi.
The accommodation is for up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom boasting a king sized bed with exceptional quality of mattress and 1 twin bedroom with single beds with excellent quality of bed linen. Families, couples and individuals are all welcome. A cot and high chair are also available on request. Each of the bedrooms has their own Smart TVs a wall mounted 42" in the master bedroom and a table mounted one in the twin bedroom.
Full Wi-Fi is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, dish washer, fridge/freezer, Bosch electric oven and AEG induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and USB charging point. The high capacity Wocester combi-boiler provides continuous hot running water.
The bathroom has a powerful Mira shower, bath, wash hand basin and w.c.
The sitting room is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas and a dining table and chairs are stored in the hall cupboard. Full Wi-Fi is provided. There is contemporary Samsung 55" HD SMART T.V. a DVD player and bluetooth speaker with compatiable I phone charging point.
The property is centrally heated, and a clothes airer for drying is provided. There is also an outdoor drying area on the rear patio.
From the private patio garden to the front of the property there are views northwards to the sea and good views southwards towards North Berwick Law. Garden furniture is provided.
Free parking is available just outside the apartment on School Road, in adjacent streets or across the road in the library car park.
Bed linen and towels are fully included, as is heating and electrical costs.
Bicycle storage is available by agreement in advance. In line with Government legislation, there is a no smoking policy within the apartment. Unfortunately we do not allow pets.
The apartment is conveniently located to walk to local shops, pubs and restaurants, visit the seabird centre, to visit the local beaches and harbour, to explore the beautiful coast line and East Lothian countryside, to walk the John Muir footpath or up North Berwick Law, to visit Edinburgh by car or train and for playing golf on some of Scotland's finest golf courses.
Other things to do in the area include, water sports, fishing and boat trips out to view the Bass
Rock, visiting castles, bird watching, motor museum, museum of flight, leisure/swimming pool, play areas, library etc.
