The Levenwick Campsite is located in the south mainland just off the A970, 17 miles south of Lerwick and 7 miles north of Sumburgh Head. Please note when driving south ignore the 1st Levenwick sign and drive a further 1/2 mile on the main road where you will see the hall and campsite on your left.
Our campsite is open from May-September (out-of-season bookings e.g Easter/half-term by prior arrangement).

The hall is available for hire throughout the year.
Tent - £10.00 (small) to £12.00 (family) per night.
Caravan/ motor-home - £13.00 per night. Electric hook-up points cost an additional £2.00 per night.
6 touring pitches; 12 tent pitches.
Showers, toilets, laundry and kitchen facilities.
There is disabled access to the toilet block upon request.
Wildflower garden with picnic tables; listen to curlews, oyster-catchers and snipe at dusk.
Tennis court (key available from Levenwick shop in the village, £2 for hour).
Extensive views overlooking the sandy beach at Levenwick bay.
Perfect spot for night-sky watching.
Eating out near the campsite you have Spiggie Hotel and The Sumburgh Hotel which are both about ten minutes drive away. The campsite is an ideal location for visiting St Ninians Isle, The Crofthouse Museum and Sumburgh Head Lighthouse, Visitor Centre and Nature Reserve.
Nearest garage for fuel is at Dunrossness (3.6 miles) south along the main road, where there is also a shop.
