Set in peaceful surroundings only minutes from the centre of Crieff, lies this elegant Victorian town house - a hidden gem. Built in 1854 for a local mill owner, the house is 'B' listed by Historic Scotland and is now a welcoming home.

This is a welcoming home where the owners have rooms and space to share now that their children have flown the nest!

The Limes is only minutes from Crieff town centre; easily accessible on foot, it might take longer by car! There is ample off street parking.

Accommodation is arranged over three floors and guests have access to a variety of rooms.

A welcoming hallway leads to a stylish sitting room, with traditional furnishings,open fire and tv, and the family kitchen/dining room where breakfast is served.

An elegant winding staircase leads to the main guest room with a superking sized double bed with period furniture. Uninterrupted south facing views towards the River Earn and Drummond Castle hills. TV and wifi available. Adjoining shower room and wc with underfloor heating and high pressure shower.

Another generous sized bedroom, available as either a double or single room, with shared shower room. Bright sunny south facing views.
