The Stornoway Trust manages the land estate in and around Stornoway (approx 28,000ha) and includes the Lews Castle Grounds, home to the recently updgraded Lews Castle & Museum, as well as the Woodlands Cafe run by the Trust.

The Stornoway Trust manages the land estate in and around Stornoway and includes the Lews Castle Grounds with its new mountain biking trails, and upgraded Lews Castle and newly built Museum. The Trust also runs the Woodlands Centre Cafe which sells homemade cakes and biscuits alongside its famously generous lunch portions and great coffee and Devonshire teas. There is a wide range of walking trails on offer and there is an HLF-funded upgrade happening this year and next which will further extend the walking trails and activities on offer to locals and visitors alike.
