Carlton George Hotel, Glasgow (closed until Dec 11)

Enjoy your afternoon tea in the Windows Restaurant, which sits on the 7th floor of the hotel, looking out across the city streets of Glasgow. Using local produce, your afternoon tea may include choux buns, strawberry tarts and brioche rolls.

Maryculter House Hotel, Aberdeen

Take your afternoon tea at Maryculter House Hotel in Aberdeen and you’ll enjoy it in one of the most famous and historic hotels in the city, all sat on the banks of the River Dee. Tear your eyes away from the cakes to admire the original features, dating back to the Order of the Knights Templar in 1227.

Lodge on Loch Lomond
