Just a short walk from the main shopping district, our Aberdeen restaurant is a wee cracker. Actually, it’s a rather large cracker with capacity for up to 170 people. Two separate private dining rooms and a large courtyard create a relaxed and stylish atmosphere.
Open six days a week (we are closed on Sundays), our chefs celebrate all that is great about Scottish produce. When in season, our venison comes from our own estate in Glen Lyon in Perthshire and our lamb comes from the Scottish Boarders. When it comes to fish, Scotland is one of the largest fishing nations in Europe so we’re lucky to be able to source ours close to home. Our menus are packed with seafood – haddock from Peterhead, salmon from the Shetland Isles, trout from Loch Etive, hake from the North Sea and mussels from Shetland (to name but a few).
We’re also equally passionate about vegetarian and vegan dishes with a lot of attention to detail going into our vegan offer.
And our commitment to working with local suppliers doesn't end there. Much research – and plenty tastings – go into the incredible drinks menu which boasts over 20 wines by the glass, a fantastic range of local craft beer – including BrewDog from Ellon and Fierce Beer from Aberdeen - as well as hundreds of whiskies and gins from all over Scotland.
On Chapel Street and nearby Thistle Street you’ll find some fantastic clothing boutiques and fashionable bars.
